All Potrero residents, we very closely followed Sujit's home by a couple of weeks. Same protocol - just one weekend worth of open home and review the offers on Tuesday night. As many of you know that we we closed at $800K which is most likely a record for our community. Because Rajul was able to set expectations of non-contingent offers ahead of time, those were the kind of offers we received and that eliminated the unknowns between acceptance of offer and closing.
I ditto what Sujeet and Manoj have said below and probably cannot better it. I would like to add that Rajul did an excellent job at giving us the timelines ahead of time and provided continuous updates. Being a program manager in real like this kind of management and visibility is a must have for me.
